The name Soul Sailors is a quality brand, representing a group of  young, top-class, European musicians. The band’s members are recipients of numerous European music prizes and are counted today amongst some of the Music Industry’s most sought-after musicians.

Soul Sailors were founded in 2004; the initial reason being for a  cruise-ship tour of the Caribbean. However, the band’s immense popularity with the cruise audiences led to three further contracts which, in time, took them to over twenty different countries. In fact, the very name of the band can be traced back to these maritime origins.

Concurrent with their success on the high seas, the band were also making a name for themselves back on terra firma. The excellent reputation that they were slowly acquiring was based not only upon the high level of their musicianship but also upon their adaptability and working knowledge of a vast repertoire of Jazz, Soul, Latin and Pop standards. 

Sound-wise, the band can be compared to the acoustic concerts of the MTV Unplugged series.

Soul Sailors are available for  cultural events, such as concerts and festivals, as well as for commercial bookings, galas and dinner-evenings... or  even as a lounge band.
